We will talk about your goals, your current and past athletic experience, and jump into a workout. Expect to sweat, build, and strengthen at a pace and level that’s right for you. All sessions currently virtual.

Personal training will be curated to the tools you have. Let me know in the intake form what equipment you currently possess. We can workout and see results using only bodyweight. If you have a full gym accessible to you- awesome, we will use it. Purchasing specific tools may be recommended to you, depending on your goals.

  • Single one-time session: $90

  • *No long term commitment, cancel subscription any time before next payment is due.

    1 session/week | $70/session | $280 monthly \ 4 total sessions per month

    2 session/week | $63/session | $504 monthly \ 8 total sessions per month

    3 session/week | $55/session | $660 monthly \ 12 total sessions per month

    *Up to one missed session may be rolled over into following month.
