Hello, my name is Jenna!

I am a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer (CPT) and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), as well as an experienced barre workout instructor. I am also a professional performer, choreographer, and dancer, and have worked in the performance industry for the past ten years. I am a stroke survivor, weight lifter, Pilates and triathlon enthusiast, and dog mom to a sweet husky and a beagle. I hop between ATL, NYC, and Golden, Colorado, but am currently planted outside Atlanta with my fiancé Joe. My aim is to help you to better understand your body, and your strengths and weaknesses in order to take you to an entirely new fitness level. I meet each client where they are at and help them to set attainable goals that lead to big results. Everyone’s body has been through stuff that locks them up. Our bodies are amazing and incredibly capable. Sometimes we just need some help finding the keys to unlock them. Imagine what your body could do if all of your muscles were firing synergistically. This is where Corrective Exercise (my favorite) comes in. To learn more about corrective exercise, click here

I have experience working with clients of all ages- from children and teens to young adults, mid-life adults, and later-life adults. I have experience working as a trainer assisting physical therapists in a clinical setting, helping patients to recover from a wide variety of injuries and challenges. I have instructed barre classes virtually and in-person with Fithouse in NYC, taught group fitness on the roster at The Wright Fit in NYC, and currently coach one-on-one as well as barre, HIIT, and ab classes through Golden (Previously known as NamasteNY in NYC). Throughout my life I have unfortunately experienced a lot of injuries from soccer, running, dance, and random things like trying to walk on my hands and do too many push-ups on a children’s theatre tour because I had no gym to use. This has made me an expert not only on recovery, but injury prevention. A good physical therapist will aim to discharge you in better physical health than before you were injured. However, even a good therapist is sometimes limited by what insurance companies will support. This often limits patients and therapists to a return to “normal activity”. My hope for you is to help you to reach an extraordinary activity level – whatever that means for you.
